All the Pithys are hand-painted in our workshop and the majority of them are handmade to order.
We usually have just a small stock of ready-to-go items.
This allows us to be able to manage the manufacturing process of our small business.

For this reason, PLEASE ALLOW 2-3 WORKING DAYS BEFORE SHIPPING.

Spain delivery time is 1-3 business days after shipping. You will receive an email when your order has shipped.
Standard Europe delivery time is 7-10 business days after shipping. You will receive an email when your order has shipped.
Standard USA delivery time is 15-25 business days after shipping. You will receive an email when your order has shipped.

How do I return an item?
You can currently return your items up to 15-days after you receive them for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in the same condition as received and in their wooden packaging (if they have). To return an item, it is not necessary to use the same folder or box you received.
For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.

We recommend using a tracked or signed for service to ensure your items arrive safely.
I have received a faulty item.
If an item you receive is faulty, please email info@pithylab.com to let us know as soon as possible. Please include a photo as it is handy for me to see what has happened.
We carefully make all my jewelry in our atelier and we do a quality control before the items leave the workshop. However, faults can occur or jewelry can be damaged in the post.
If your jewelry is faulty, we will repair or replace it free of charge.
