I have received a faulty item.
If an item you receive is faulty, please email email@example.com to let us know as soon as possible. Please include a photo as it is handy for me to see what has happened.
We carefully make all my jewelry in our atelier and we do a quality control before the items leave the workshop. However, faults can occur or jewelry can be damaged in the post.
If your jewelry is faulty, we will repair or replace it free of charge.
